As part of 5.11's "Big LIttle Knives" series, the DRT Folding Knife is constructed to deliver maximum cutting performance in a small package. Designed in partnership with acclaimed blade expert Mike Vellekamp, this knife features a plain edge Spear Point blade that has been treated with Black Oxide for use in covert operations. The blade is made of AUS8 steel, and has a hardness of HRC 57-60 to keep its edge after repeated use. The textured, injection-molded handle features slotting for improved grip, as well as pass through to Black-Oxide coated liners. When the knife isn't being used, count on the Teflon-coated carrying clip to attach the knife to a belt or pocket, with left and right-handed carrying options available.
