Out of the box very sharp. A very good product for the price. I would not pay $55 dollars but for $19 it is definitely worth the price.

    • Great customer service, pretty good boots.

Another great customer service experience from TG. Probably will not buy boots anywhere else again. So these boots are without a doubt the smallest, most narrow boots I've ever bought. Seriously, these things make Danners look like snow shoes. Bought half size up and wide and they barely fit BUT the color is exactly what I wanted, grip is insane and overall quality is very high. Think these will work out pretty well.

    • Truly, A Great Pant

For size comparison, I am six feet, four inches tall, 40 inch waist, 230 lbs. Size 40 x 34 fits me perfectly. I love everything about these pants. Lots of pockets, roomy fit for stretching, squatting, running, climbing and all kinds of activity. Great all weather pants. Comfortable in the summer and a light merino wool base layer could be used during colder periods. Elastic bands on waist for that added stretch when needed. The leg width is wide to accommodate boots and additional undergarments if needed. Many colors and size combinations to choose from. This is truly a great pair of pants. I wish these were issue during my military career. Love to wear them for hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities. Definitely the top performer compared to the other tactical pant brands.

The 5.11 Tactical Headquarters

One of the original providers of military and tactical clothing and gear, 5.11 has innovation and resilience at its core. The company takes its name from rock climbing. The Yosemite Decimal System initially ranked the difficulty level of a climb on a scale with 5.0 as the easiest and 5.10 as the hardest. A climb that ranked as a 5.11 was considered impossible–but occasionally, someone did it. 5.11 wants all its tactical clothing and equipment to inspire this conquer-the-impossible mentality. The company first focused its attention on creating clothing tough enough for rock climbing, but dressy enough for work. This durable, all-day wear caught the attention of FBI agents, who started ordering it for tactical operations. 5.11 shifted its focus to providing servicemen and public safety professionals with everything they need to perform at their best in any situation.
