These boots are the most amazing boots I've ever worn. I'm on my 6th pair. I work with livestock every day so the boots go through mud, water, etc all the time and I just spray them off at the end of the day. They keep my feet warm and dry no matter whether it is -20 below and they are in 6" of freezing mud or sunny and 80 degrees. They are light, 100% waterproof, and high quality. I recommend purchasing a pair that is 1/2 size bigger than you normally wear because they are a bit smaller than other boots (my experience). They are wonderful for hiking or anytime you spend a lot of time on your feet. My feet never hurt at the end of the day even if I spend 16 hrs in them.

I ordered one and loved the fit. I have six now. Wear five days a week at work. Color has not faded with dry cleaning or washing everyday.

Really well constructed pant. I would've liked them better if they were cut alittle more slim in the leg. Heavy material. I wish I'd ordered a size smaller as they are alittle larger than I would've liked. I washed them after 1st wear to see if they'd shrink a bit and they really didn't. Overall nice well constructed pant. Cut larger than taclite pro which I also purchased.

The 5.11 Tactical Headquarters

One of the original providers of military and tactical clothing and gear, 5.11 has innovation and resilience at its core. The company takes its name from rock climbing. The Yosemite Decimal System initially ranked the difficulty level of a climb on a scale with 5.0 as the easiest and 5.10 as the hardest. A climb that ranked as a 5.11 was considered impossible–but occasionally, someone did it. 5.11 wants all its tactical clothing and equipment to inspire this conquer-the-impossible mentality. The company first focused its attention on creating clothing tough enough for rock climbing, but dressy enough for work. This durable, all-day wear caught the attention of FBI agents, who started ordering it for tactical operations. 5.11 shifted its focus to providing servicemen and public safety professionals with everything they need to perform at their best in any situation.
