Benchmade Axis Pardue

A lightweight and compact folding knife, the Benchmade Axis Pardue is ideal for situations that call for a sharp, reliable blade that can be stowed and carried easily. Made from ultra-durable 154CM stainless steel, this knife can cut through dense materials, such as nylon rope or canvas belts, without losing its edge or falling apart. The spear-point blade style is supremely adaptable and allows the knife to be used in a variety of situations, while its slim-line design makes it perfect for concealment in pockets or packs. An Axis locking mechanism ensures that the blade stays in place when in use and stays closed when stowed. There are ambidextrous thumb-studs on the Grivory handle and a reversible tip-up pocket clip for adjustable wear and carry.

    • Nice Blade, Less than Nice Grips
      Reviewer: Don Williams

The grips on this knife feel real cheap. They seem to a cheap plastic, very rough with unconformable texture.

Sharp as a razor, smooth open and close and light as a feather.

The only reason I got this knife is because of video and I can't say that it does all they showed on it.. after couple uses does not shave my hand hair "unless my hair is stronger and ticker from the guy on the video" :) other then that its nice knife not sure if it is nice for $100

    • Knife for those whowear a suit
      Reviewer: James

      5/7/2015

This is an excellent daily carry for those who wear a suit. The knife is very light and thin so it cleanly slips into pant pocket without a bulge. Doesn't wear on the pocket material of a suit which is somewhat delicate. Yet, if you need it comes out quick and is sharp. Great to have tucked away.

one hand operation still wish it had assisted opening but that aside it's super light and made well.
