These are a nice gloves, they are comfortable, and have a good amount of grip. The inside is lined with a thin fleece material, the outside feels like smooth face polyester. They are a good pair of gloves, but it requires little break in and turning the finger tips. What I really find interesting is that the way the glove is stitched, the outside is smooth and seamless to prevent snagging. They keep you hands warm decently, I took a trip to the mountains and they insulated fine. Finally before working extensively with them, break them it and get use to the feeling, soon enough they'll be just right.
Not meant for short thumbs

These gloves are great all around! The grip, the fitting plus hardly any breaking in is required! Using these gloves I wrote several sentences with a pen and ate several M&M's off a table. Operating a handgun with two hands takes a little getting used to with these gloves due to the grip. My main problem is that these gloves have long thumbs whereas I have short stubby thumbs. So I had a 1/2-inch of glove sticking off the end of my thumb. I plan on fixing the problem soon. Overall a great glove.

I bought these gloves in October of 2011 and used them both for cool midwest days at the range and also for upland hunting in temps that ranged from 20-55 degrees. After about 30 days of use they were still going strong. Only issue is that the stitching on the glove collars has come out and frayed, otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. Firearm manipulation is no problem with these gloves.
