    About Casio

Casio collage Founded in 1946, Casio has been creating new and exciting problem-solving devices. Well known for its calculators, the first electronic model was produced in 1954 and was the size of a desk. Brimming with creativity and ingenuity, its employees developed a compact version just a few years later. In the 1980s, Casio expanded into wristwatches. Utilizing its employees' vast knowledge of electronics and technology, it was one of the very first companies to manufacture watches that had temperature, atmospheric pressure, altitude and GPS position displays. One thing is for certain—Casio will continue to innovate and create quality, dependable electronics.

    • 2 out of 5 After about a two months of wearing this watch this watch the white is fading in all the high wear spots and a black band is starting to show through. It has went from a bright white to looking grey in places. I wouldn't buy again the color fades way too fast.

    • Not a bad watch

    • 4 out of 5 I agree with other reviewers that this is a good watch, but there can be some problems with the signal. I live in Philadelphia, so you would think the watch keeps time well. It just reset itself for daylight savings time within the past couple weeks...Daylight savings time began months ago. The band is a dirt magnet, but so is anything that's white in color. All in all, I would give it 4/5 stars. You really can't go wrong for the price.

    • 5 out of 5 I had bought this watch because a friend of mine had one and loved it. As a medical professional it is an excellent choice. Keeps military time which is useful for charting and has a wonderful second count down. White shows dirt easily so you know when it is dirty. Solar atomic means that you never buy a battery or set the time. Best feature that is not discussed...when the watch is in a dim lit area and you raise your arm to see the time the indiglo back-light automatically comes on.

    • This watch is savage!

    • 5 out of 5 An ex-boyfriend of mine bought me this watch as a present after I got hired to work in EMS. At the time, I was thinking "nice watch, a little on the pricey side-but hey! It's free." To be honest working in the EMS field, you are jumping on and off of fire engines, ladder trucks and in and out of ambulances as well as maneuvering your way through tight spots to be able to treat your patients. This watch has been worth every cent he spent on it two years ago. It still works to this day despite all of the chaotic situations I have put it through. I cannot imagine a better watch for people on the go and in environments like EMS. This watch has been through the washer AND dryer on more than one occasion. The most incredible part of this whole thing, is that it still works. And I don't have to worry about having to replace the battery because the sun charges it. One might say that this watch is low maintenance and self-sufficient! A must have for those in EMS and any field that requires a reliable timepiece!

    • 5 out of 5 I bought this watch for work and it has worked out great. I work in a factory and needed a tough watch and this surely fits the bill. I am a female but I could not find a tough enough womens watch for work. My husband liked it so much I bought him the black one. The only thing I don't like is that the band is too long for me but I knew that would be the case when I purchased a mans watch. It picks up the atomic signal with no problems and has a ton of features I will probably never use. It's not as big as some of the other mens watches and that works out good for me. It has already recieved some pretty hard knocks and it has not effected it at all. It also gets wet on a regular basis and handles that fine also. When I am off work I lay it in the window and it stays on the high charge indicator. I love the feel of the material the band is made of, very comfortable. I liked the atomic solar feature so good that I purchased a Casio solar atomic ladies watch for when I'm not at work.
