Elite Survival Systems Mission Pack

Designed to hold everything you need for three-day missions, the Elite Survival Systems Mission Pack is built to last with heavy-duty 1,000-denier nylon. Each section offers superior organization so your gear is always right where you need it. The main compartment includes a divided zippered compartment and a hydration compartment, while the middle section offers multiple dividers, pockets and mesh compartments. Placed on the front of the pack, a flat, zippered pocket features MOLLE loops for attaching modular accessory pouches. Between the front zipper pouch and the main compartment, a zippered pass-through compartment provides a discreet storage option. Upper and lower compression straps tighten to keep your cargo secure. For comfortable carrying, S-shaped backpack straps and a vented back panel increase stability and reduce load strain. Bad weather won’t slow you down with a non-slip carry handle and a detachable, hideaway water-resistant rain cover.

This very tactical bag is made of 1000 denier nylon and is 2625 cubic inches in volume. The first nice feature is the take up straps on the shoulder straps. It can be adjusted to make it more comfortable to wear. The integral rain cover is pretty sweet too. It has its own compartment for storage when not in use. If I could change a few things though, I would make the hydration tube hole larger and the addition of a shallow pocket.

I bought this backpack in 2007 as something to carry my stuff with me to work (because my USMC issued backpack was stolen). I have collected a lot of various military backpacks/rucksacks and find this one to be amazing. The only issue I had with it was I over expanded it with school books (when I got out of the Marines) and it put a unique strain on the backpack. The stitching came apart between the zipper and the pack. I called to ask how much it would be for the company to fix it and they said they'd do it for free except for the shipping cost to them.
