The frame is made with T-6 7075 grade aluminum, the same grade used by the U.S. government when making military aircraft, to provide ultimate strength and flexibility. In addition to being extremely durable, this frame also helps to keep the face cool by sending heat away from the face, naturally reducing lens fogging. The distortion-free, optically correct lenses are held in place with a patented tension mounted method, which keeps the lenses stable within the frame more than any other method.
