  • How do I purchase a gift card?

    You can purchase a gift card at our Gift Card Center. There are two available delivery methods for gift cards. The first delivery method allows you to send the gift card to a recipient via email. The second delivery method allows you to print a hard copy of the gift card for the recipient.

  • Why is there a processing delay on my gift card?

    In order to prevent fraudulent gift card orders, we must closely inspect each order we receive. Because of this, it takes up to 1 business day to process all gift card orders. When your gift card order is approved, you will be notified via email. If you want to send your gift card immediately, it will be delivered as soon as your order is processed and approved. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • How do I print my gift card?

    After the order has been processed and delivered, you will find a "Click Here to Download" link on the gift card email. When you click this link, it will automatically download a PDF version of the gift card for you to print. Open the PDF, and select “Print”. In order to print, you must have a printer connected to your computer through a cable or wireless connection.

  • What if the gift card won't download?

    Make sure your computer is running the latest version of Adobe Reader. You can download the most recent version here. If the issue persists, contact our customer relations team via email, live chat or at 636-680-8051 (M - F 9AM - 5PM CT).

  • How do I use my gift card?

    To redeem your gift card, simply add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Click the link "Have a Promo Code or Gift Card?" on the shopping cart page. Type your gift card code in the pop-up window, and click "Redeem". The balance of the card will be subtracted from the order total. Any unused funds will remain on the card until redeemed.

  • How do I check my balance?

    You can check the balance of your gift card on the Gift Card Balance page. Simply enter the recipient's last name and gift card number, and click "Check Balance".

  • Can I schedule a gift card to be sent via email?

    Yes, you can schedule a gift card to be delivered via email at any time. Set the time of delivery on the Email Gift Card page under the "Delivery Method" option. Select "Send gift card on:" and enter a numerical date including the day, month and year in the box underneath. The email gift card will be delivered at 9AM CT of the selected date.

  • Will my gift card expire?

    Gift cards do not have an expiration date.

  • Can I receive a refund on my gift card?

    If you purchased a gift card and have not used it, you can receive a full refund. To inquire about a refund, contact our customer relations team via email, live chat or at 636-680-8051 (M – F 9AM – 5PM CT). Please Note: We do not offer refunds on gift cards if a portion has already been redeemed.

  • Can I transfer the balance of one gift card to another?

The use or purchase of a TacticalGear.com Gift Card indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Except as otherwise provided by law, these Terms and Conditions apply whether the Gift Card was purchased online or received from third parties.

  • Coupons may not be used to purchase gift cards
  • Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
  • Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards replaced only with valid proof of purchase to extent of remaining card balance
  • Balance must be paid when purchase exceeds amount on gift card
  • Not a credit or debit card
  • Cannot be reloaded, sold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash
  • No expiration date, no fees
  • Customer account will be closed if associated with fraudulently obtained gift card
  • All terms enforced except where prohibited by law
