    About Maxpedition

Maxpedition collage Life can be hard on gear, especially on those everyday packs and bags. Understanding how taxing the daily grind can be on kit bags, Maxpedition utilizes only the highest performing materials. Its story begins in a small workshop in 1988, where experts were dedicated to creating hard-use, military-specification nylon gear. It wasn't long before this commitment to producing durable bags was well-known throughout the world. Despite Maxpedition's international and domestic success, it continues to develop even more user-friendly designs and only uses quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship. Adhering to its philosophy of constant self-improvement, Maxpedition gear can withstand the rigors of the outdoors, the office, the gym or even that next mission in the field.

    • 5 out of 5 We looked at a lot of packs that could double as a high school & college book bag, 2-3 day bag, utility luggage. This pack, along with the Spec Ops THE, are the two that we went with. Both are high quality bags that will serve for years and years (the last bag I will need to buy each teenager!). Highly recommend

    • 5 out of 5 This is an incredible backpack, its built like a tank and holds ALOT of stuff, mostly I use it as a camping/hiking pack for the weekends, also use it to carry my shooting gear and once I used it as my carry on when flying. If there is any con it's the backpack can carry so much stuff I tend to overload it with to much weight to carry on your back but thats my fault not the packs, I will definitly be buying more maxpedition gear.

    • 5 out of 5 I've had this bag for about 2 years now and hauled it all over the world, as well as local trips and as a carry-on. Its built like a tank and fits my 15" laptop in the hydration compartment...barely...as long as you dont stow the waistbelt away. The ballistic nylyon that Maxped uses is very stiff and gives the bag a lot of structure and i really like the rubber like bottom of the pack. The stiffness might bother some people because sometimes it makes it hard for the zippers to operate smoothely. It is a very good bag.
