Men's Bates 9" US Navy Durashocks ST

These boots hurt for the first 3 or 4 weeks I had to wear them. But after wearing them everyday (and developing numb spots on my feet) I now find them very comfortable. They are also very durable. When in comes time to replace them I will by the exact same ones.

I currently wear these boots in the Navy and let me just say that they are all together are the worst boots I've ever worn.

Even after breaking them in they are a pain to wear.

These boots are extremely durable against wear and tear, but beyond that they are useless. Even with double socks after wearing these boots for over two years I still tear skin off on my heals due to the fact there is no padding, only unfinished leather on the inside. Most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn!

I've had these boots since January 2010 and I've had sore uncomfortable feet in since day one. I'm a US Navy Corpsman and I work in a hospital on my feet 13 hours per shift and my heels and toes hurt terribly each and every day.

Ive been in military and law enforcement since 1988 and have worn probably 10 different kinds of boot. These are THE most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. There are 2 thick pieces of unfinished leather on the inside of each side of each boot. They are absolute torture.

I have had these boots for just barely over a year and they have already started to fall apart. I have never liked them.

These boots are tough for sure, but they are tough on your feet too. I'm a Force Recon Hospital Corpsman, and I absolutely hate these boots. I guess I've gotten used to the Marine Corps soft boots but ouch.

Well having checked on the variety of boots, and being a soldier i can assure you that you have excellent boots which with no doubt are the best bearing in mind that they can withstand what a soldier undergoes in both training and ops duties. Thanks and keep up the good work.

This is a solid boot. Highly recommended
