About Magnum

Very good boots!

I bought these boots being a faithful Danner customer after I realized the duty boots I normally buy from Danner are no longer made, and the different style I bought was just no good for me. I have never owned a zipper side styled boot before and to be honest was reluctant to try. I am also reluctant to buy boots online without having tried them on somewhere else first. I was fortunate, pleased and relieved I took the plunge here. The feel of the boots from the word "GO" was broke in. I rather love the grip of the soles. I find myself with wet feet walking in and onto linoleum on a constant basis. As of yet I haven't experienced that "first slip" feeling when running in. The zipper doesn't feel cheap in any way and is a great aid in putting my boots on in the morning. Especially when I may be sore from the previous day's activities. Can't say enough about them yet. Before placing the order I called TacticalGear.com to make sure the boot was in stock and spoke to a very friendly lady who confirmed for me they were. Shipping was spot on, they arrived when TG said they would. I highly recommend this product and website.
