About Magnum
- Springing from Hi-Tec Sports, Magnum's birth was a result of a request from the FBI for lightweight, athletic black tactical boots in the early 1980s. Just your average boot

These boots were not that great. What they lack in comfort they make up for in style. After a short time wearing them, my arches we starting to hurt along with my toes. There was not much support in the arch, and the toe box seemed to pretty tough. What I think would be comparable to a composite toe. Over all, not the worst boots I have had on, but not my favorite.
