- This fleece can be used as a liner for the Propper ECWCS Gen 2 Parkas (F7462)
- Sewn to military specification GL/PD-06-03
- Center one-way zip closure backed with wind protection flap
- Raglan sleeves with nylon reinforcements on the shoulder, collar and elbows
- Stretch grid fleece side panels
- Two internal upper chest pockets
- Two exterior hand-warmer pockets
- Loop fastener for name tape and rank patch
- Lightweight and comfortable with less bulk
