I purchased these shoes for casual office use, first the fit and comfort are excellent, my disappointment came with the soles. I work in auto part manufacturing plant so there is usually some oil from shoes even in the office area. The treads on these shoes were so slick that It was difficult to walk without slipping all over the place. To me the treads are good for outdoor environments and not tile or non-carpeted areas. Other than that fit and look were great. So I base my 3 stars on.

The toe box is too small and they hurt my feet, particularly my left foot. Otherwise i liked them.

I am a townhome community maintenance technician, I specialize in ALL phases of home repair and maintenance. I spend about 80 to 100 hours a week in my boots at work and prefer to wear them when living regularly. I am also currently building a home in my free time. Let's just say I live in my boots. When it comes to high back boots comfort and ease of access are MAJOR reasons to select a boot. Ankle support is the #1. Comfort: yes very comfortable, yes it lasted all day. No ankle support! The fabric is too soft. Dryness/heat: They were great in the rain not as much the snow I could not keep traction in a lot of places. I think I had a water breach once and I was fully submerged in a flooded basement and it took a bit to seep through. Laces: they straight up SUCK! Lacing system: broke almost as fast as the laces. Nike take note Do not use string to hold down laces! In conclusion, the boots did not last! The only reason I managed to keep them 5 months was because I would periodically wear my last pair of boots... Do not buy these unless the only thing you care about is the Nike logo.
