Princeton Tec took the same technology and reliability of the Fuel MPLS and enhanced it by substituting a red LED for one of the white Ultrabright LEDs. The red LED is imperative to keeping night vision intact, yet the 3 remaining Ultrabright LEDs still provide superb area lighting, once again adding another versatile feature to the MPLS line of headlamps.

      MPLS version is a total cr*p...light would pop out from attachment. great concept and poorly executed. Also the battery hatch would fail very easily. Good thing was they have great warranty service, the funniest part is they'd send you an extra "just in case you'd need it again". Quality isn't there...
