Propper Nylon / Cotton Ripstop ACU Pants

Had for a few days now and they are holding up. You will get a lot of q's about where you got them.

I bought these pants just over 13 months ago here. They ripped in the crotch area a few days ago when I squatted down to pick something up. I mainly use them for work as a truck driver/heavy equipment operator and thought they would last longer than a year. I have had BDU's from Army/Navy stores last many many years before so I was really surprised that these gave out so quickly. Not sure if they are truly made to military spec or not. This in no way reflects on BDU.com, its an excellent site with great service.

Now that they got rid of that awfull velcro on the cargo pockets they can now be called a combat uniform. They need to work now to get buttons on the shirt.

The ACU pant is the perfect uniform for the garrison campaign. It provides superior comfort for standing in a formation or a swivel desk chair. The ACU pant does not hold up to the rigors of combat or military training. Sprinting, climbing, jumping, crouching, or raising your knee high enough to make contact with someones face; are all activities that are seriously hindered while wearing the ACU pant. Great job top brass, for us that are suffering in this uniform!

I was surprised that I found a ACU pair of pants in 4XL. I love them, they are very tough and look great. They even have 8 pockets. The only thing is that I like loose pants and these fit a tiny bit loose but not as loose as I would of liked it.

These pants are really strong and tough, lives up to its military origin. It is comfortable and practical. I working as a doctor in the Red Cross rescue service and during practice and I have undergone this pant all sorts of abuse and has endured without damage. I highly recommend it to those persons that working in rescue or civilian contractor personnel.

Great all-around camo pattern. Worked well for bustin' coyotes over a variety of terrain in Arizona's high desert.
