I also had the same problem when I ordered these boots. There felt like it had zero padding in the ball of the off. I bought inserts and cut them in half to make them work. I highly suggest you reconsider this boot before purchase. I'm speaking from a year in wearing them as a correctional officer on my feet for 12 hours a day.
We're sorry to hear the boots didn't work out perfectly for you. If you reach out to our customer relations team, they'll be happy to suggest some styles that might fit your needs better. - TacticalGear.com
About Reebok 8" Dauntless WP SZ
Equal parts combat boot and athletic shoe, the Reebok Dauntless can take on whatever obstacles that next mission throws your way. In addition to its aggressive tread, the outsole features an injected EVA midsole that maximizes comfort and minimizes the overall weight of the boot. Its removable insole absorbs shock and moisture, while the Aegis anti-microbial, moisture-wicking lining keeps feet dry. For optimum in-the-field performance, its TPU bruise plate ensures stability, protection from soft tissue bruises and an energy-saving rebound with every step. Available in black, tan and sage green, there's a pair of Dauntless military boots for every serviceman or woman.
Reebok has a long history of shoemaking. Its parent company, J.W. Foster and Sons started producing spiked shoes for runners in the 1890s, which makes it one of the oldest manufacturers of athletic footwear. However, it would be nearly a century before the company would break into the American industry. With the debut of aerobic exercise shoes in the 1980s, it quickly became a popular brand. Following this success, it ventured into other markets, such as occupation, hiking and military. From basketball court to factory floor, Reebok produces the shoes and boots that keep men and women on their feet.
