    • Great Boots for almost everything
      Reviewer: Ricardo Medina-Sanchez

These boots will definitely protect your feet. They are heavy and warmer than the Nike. However, better than the ones issued by the Army.

    • Finally a true wide boot
      Reviewer: Joe Smith

      7/19/2017

Only had them a week or so. I have very wide feet, thanks in part to golf ball size bunions. These fit perfectly. Very comfortable and seem pretty tough so far. The only reservation I have so far is the eyelet style NATO system speed lace hooks. Probably just take some getting used to. I prefer open speed lace hooks. Overall I am very satisfied.

      Reviewer: Smith, J

      7/10/2017

These boots are a great price but for a cheap price you pay for zero comfort. I recommend not buying these boots. I don't think these would even break in after a while. I will find a way to return these boots ASAP!

    • Took a little to bit to break in
      Reviewer: D J

      7/3/2017

I get that every boot takes a little bit to break in but now that mine are they seem more uncomfortable than before. The bottom left eyelet on my right boot kept pinching into my foot when I first got the boots in April. I took the common sense approach and loosened up my boots. Three months later that seems to have gone away but now the outsides of the boot seem to hurt the outer little toe mound of my foot. Now I'm not sure what to do. I might try changing the insoles to see if that helps. I do wear the boots everyday as I have a standing desk/job so I am on my feet all day long. Usually about seven hours into the workday I am ready for them to come off. I have a pair of steel toe Rocky's and don't have any problems with those, same size and everything. Maybe I just got the unlucky boot this time.

    • I love my Rocky RLW's
      Reviewer: John McAtee

      6/12/2017

I've been wearing my Rocky RLW's daily on and off work, and am very pleased with the comfort and fit. Some reviews mention they run oversized, but in my case I ordered my regular size of 11 M and they fit perfectly. I like the large toe box. They're roomy enough to be comfortable, yet snug enough to support my feet and ankles without any slippage. Only time will tell, but they appear to be rugged and durable. There is no break in period to speak of with these boots. They were comfortable right out of the box. These are my second pair of Rocky's, and are currently my boots of choice. They look good too.

      Reviewer: Brooks

The boots will provide a great deal of ankle support and arch support. This support was too much for me and altered my steps; however, if you need boots that give some support you found them.

      5/31/2017

Great boots at a great price. But as others have stated these run quite big. I ordered a 12W. 12m or 11w would have fit better. But no big deal, I just chinch them up a little. Ya, I would recommend them.

      4/13/2017

I've been a loyal customer to Rocky boots, and I will say these are my favorite boots to date. As an active Army Soldier I wear these for 12+ hours daily and am on my feet 75-80% of the day. The high quality materials, and extremely well designed insoles make this a boot that I will purchase again and again. Comfortable right out of the box, with great aggressive tread to keep traction on any surface.

    • Only about the break-in period and longevity
      Reviewer: Darrell

      3/24/2017

I received and have been wearing these boots for about a month and a half now. I have broken in and worn many pairs of boots. Wolverine, Red Wings, and many more that I have forgotten the manufacture's names. The two manufacturers I do remember, I remember for a few reasons. First was because of the longevity of the boot. Second is the comfort of the boot. Third is the excruciating pain I felt breaking them in. I will remember these Rocky boots for a long time I think! After almost two months these boots are FINALLY feeling like a well broken in pair of sneakers. A good stiff piece of leather better not need "No Break-in Period". I've owned those boots before. I don't remember who made them cause I never bought another pair again. If a boot is that pliable from the start, be ready to buy a pair a year if you really abuse a pair like I do. Yep especially the first 2 weeks were hell (as is always the case) before they formed to my feet. I ordered my true size but soon started questioning my decision cause the hurt so much. But experience taught me to suck it up and just keep on keeping on and it paid off. If my past experience of hard break-in = longevity..... I'll be wearing these for many years! Oh BTW only 3 stars? Yep, if your like me I don't trust or read 5 stars or 1 Stars. I would recommend these boots to anyone who is mature enough to understand what I'm trying to say here. If your kid plays airsoft.......get him/her a pair of sneakers.

The boots were lightweight, however the inner cuff at the top around the ankle tore after just two times of wearing. We contacted the customer service and they have already sent a replacement. This is not typical of Rocky boots. We are hoping that we do not have the same problem with the replacement pair. The shipping was speedy and the company is highly recommended.
