As soon as this pair goes, I order another. Hate to add a con,but the ONLY one is not 'airport friendly'. Everything else about these boots is 5 star!!

I love the boot but was upset when I received the boot it seemed to have a glue or some type of dried substance that I attempted to clean off but it did not come off. These are really comfortable boots and have a great grip sole,

This boots keeps my feet warm in the winter. also are waterproof and I think that they should last a long time so if you are looking for a boot you should get Rothco.

I've had these boots for 6 months now (in tan) and wear them daily to work, I do lots of walking and climbing. The tread of the boots is starting to come off in spots but I expected it. I never read anything about them being waterproof or water resistant however, I walked into water (up to the zipper cover at times) and never had my feet get wet. Only time they have ever gotten wet is if the water goes over the boot and down in. The only thing I don't like about them is they aren't steel toe (would be nice for what I do) but I loved the design and how light they were compared to other boots, so I passed over the steel toe, and got these anyways.

They're good if you're gonna wear them once in awhile. Like maybe for a hike or if you're airsofting. But, they are cheap. I only wear them once in awhile just to walk around with and the bottom sole started peeling off (by the way, the bottom sole is glued on). So if you're looking for a decent pair of boots to work in or for regular use, I definitely would not suggest these. They WILL NOT LAST. I emphasize that they WILL NOT LAST.

I got these boots and did normal work with them and about a month and a half into wearing them, the bottom back end of the boot was pealing off. about a week later the front was falling on the other boot. There comfortable but like the note says not a lasting boot. wish it did last.

Best pair of boots I have owned. Light weight and comfortable to wear. The steel shank gives extra arch support and I can use my tree climbing hooks with them for a quick job and not have to change into climbing boots. Thanks Rothco for a great pair of boots. Order at least 1/2 size smaller.

I give this boot a 4 because its thinner then most boots. and when i received my boots they were definitely to big. it felt like my toes were swimming in the boot so consider that when looking for your size. i got a 11 when my shoe size is 11 1/2-12 and i needed a 10
