Streamlight MicroStream LED Pen Light

I have one of these lights and a couple of months ago I misplaced it. I did not know the name and I searched several sites and could not find it. I cleaned my computer bag out one day, low and behold there it was. I have owned many lights over the years being a x-ray pipe welder and this by far is the best light I have had. I will order a backup now that I found the site.

This little light throws a beam of light you'd expect from a much bigger flashlight. I was really impressed with how bright and convenient it was to use. The soft rubber on/off switch is easy to find and it's so lightweight, you'll forget you've got it clipped to your shirt. Unfortunately, I lost mine on a trip to Canada, but, I will most definitely be replacing it.

I bought one and everyone I know followed suit. Its amazingly useful because it is always with you. It is bright by any standards and more durable than I expected.

MY MICRO STREAM WENT THROUGH THREE CYCLES IN THE WASHING MACHINE, CAME OUT CLEAN AND WORKING LIKE NEW.

The light runs on a single AAA battery but is brighter than my Maglite that uses two AA batteries! I accidentally put the light through a wash and dryer cycle... and it still works! I love this light.

- simple and tough, its rare to find a small light with a rear clicker switch....its only 20 lumens, but that is plenty for most uses....if you have only one light, you could do worse than this little light that fits in your pocket, very light....match it with some rechargable AAAs and you are in business, never ran mine with Lithiums, maybe even brighter?
