Tru-Spec Poly / Cotton Ripstop TRU Uniform Pants

very inaccurate sizes

My only complain is the misleading size range. My size is 28 but the range 28-30 is toooooo large. I had to to pay 15$ more for modification of the waist size. This is a serious MAJOR flaw for this pants. I bought another, but size X-small (up to 24-26 size?). This size fits like a 28 blue jean. PERFECT! So sizes are HUGE! Luckily, I took time to read previous reviews and that was that helped me to go ONE SIZE RANGE less. If want to use size ranges, use elastics instead of the waist fabric cord.

This is an excellent combat shirt - especially for the price. Great selection of patterns. Thanks to Tru-Spec for making these in Multicam Arid and Multicam Tropic, and thanks to TacticalGear.com for carrying them at a reasonable price. I could not be happier with these shirts.

Great Fatigues - strange fit

I have always been a BDU man, because I prefer the button closures to the hook and loop. Hook and loop is not good for noise discipline and doesn't last forever. Having said that, these are a great product over all. The TRU is the only style I have found in Multicam Arid and Tropic, so I ordered them. They are extremely sturdy and well-built. They take knee pad inserts, which is awesome. They have a strange, narrow in the hip fit, though, that takes some getting used to for someone used to BDUs. I found the reviews saying they are cut large for size to be inaccurate. They are true to size. If you are at the top end of your size in the waist, consider going to the next size due to the snugness in the hips. Overall excellent product, though! They would get five stars from me if they were bigger in the hips and had button closures instead of hook and loop.
