The Gunfighter series was designed in cooperation with SWAT operators interested in a clean, functional approach to a high incident tactical uniform.
With this advancement of the traditional BDU strips the body of the garment clean for extended comfort when worn under body armor, plates and chest rigs. The aggressive patterning of the gunfighter facilitates the freedom of movement without the added bulk and weight of traditionally patterned BDUs. Gussets, articulation and the microfleece lined stand up collar combine to provide the gunfighter with predatory comfort.
The 50% cotton and 50% nylon blend was developed for the US military and is the predominate tactical uniform material. This intimate blend of cotton and nylon maintains the comfort and feel of the cotton with the superior durability of the nylon.

Not a good jungle shirt
Reviewer: SV Boo Box | VA beach
Mandrake pattern rocks, in the South American and mid latitude African jungle but the shirt form factor blows, the shirt is not designed to allow for ventilation and this makes is a heat casualty waiting to happen. When unzipped critters and leaves and mud got inside, the pants rock but the shirt needs to be re designed for the jungle, a bit loser fir with vented armpits and a way of buttoning the front, the little Velcro tabs are ridiculous and don't hold with any activity. I also wore it with blue force plate carrier in a more moderate climate and and it worked well, however since I have nothing else in the kryptek pattern, shy of a kafiru backpack the pattern was waisted. Did I mention the pants rock. Wore them bloused in the bush and open in the desert super comfortable.
This is very valuable feedback, so thank you for sending it along. We're sorry the shirt wasn't very purposeful for you, but we're glad the pants worked well for your needs. Nice Clean Fit
Reviewer: Wavicle | St Louis
I originally ordered a small based on my size (5'8", 31" waist, and 40" chest) but it was nearly a skin fit and the sleeves would bind in the armpit area. I exchanged for a medium (great exchange policy!) and the medium is a perfect fit. There is no bulk in the torso and the sleeves are nice and long (my shirts are 34" sleeve). Height of the stand-up collar is perfect and adjustments on the cuffs lets you change fit as need (with or without gloves, for example). Fabric is nice and should be durable, but this is more for moderate temps and especially when wearing with undershirt. Kryptek pattern is awesome.

The first thing I noticed when I put the shirt on was the perfect fit. I'm 6'4" 200lbs and ordered the Large. It fit perfectly and I still have room to place a vest over or under the shirt. The collar is the perfect height to protect your neck from slings etc while not getting in the way of comms equipment and bothering your chin like the higher collars do. The cut of the shirt provides restriction free movement and I couldn't be happier with it. The Mandrake pattern just looks mean and even better in person. Though I heard it stands out pretty bad in IR. The fabric is very light and comfortable though it doesn't breath very well. Other than that, it makes for one BA shirt!
