Trim fit, lots o' pockets, CCW compartment.

My second pair. These are cargo shorts that don't look like dorky cargo shorts. The slickly tailored leg pockets have an internal slot inside. Perfect for magazines, lights and whatnot. The slot keeps skinny stuff from bunching at the bottom. Plus, the right side inner pocket takes these shorts to the next level. If you want some nice shorts. You want these.
Best "cargo" shorts ever.

Excellent pocket design belies the cargo nature of these shorts. Unless you load the pockets with a lot of bulky items they look as good as any casual/dress shorts I've seen. Fit, finish and wear are fantastic! Squat and move freely without any restrictions or binding, fabric holds up very well in tough conditions. Fits true to size.

Vertx is the result of a collaborative project spearheaded by Fechheimer Brothers, a Berkshire Hathaway company. The brand combines the tailored garment production expertise of Fechheimer, vision of Arc'teryx and feedback of federal law enforcement for its line. Backed by the financial strength of Berkshire Hathaway, the very first Vertx product was unveiled—premium tactical pants. Designed around the needs of the operational athlete, the clothing has a low visual profile, functionality of a battle garment and the appearance of casual dress. Grounded in public service, the operational athlete requires high quality yet discreet tactical clothing.
