5.11 Men's PDU Twill Class A Shirt is 5.78-oz twill, Teflon treated long-sleeve shirt and features mic cord pass through, permanent creases, and epaulettes and badge tab satisfying departmental requirement and a professional appearance.
Features of Men's 5.11 Long Sleeve Twill PDU Class A Shirts
- Stitches per inch are 10 - 12 on all operations
- Triple needle stitching on the chest pockets, armholes, back yoke, and bi swing gusset.
- Center front placket is 1 1/2" wide with double needle stitching on both side.
- Pocket flaps, collar edge have 1/4" double needle topstitch
- Hem is clean finished with a double roll turn back edge and ¼” single needle stitching.
- 2 Vertical bar tacks on each of the pocket flaps spaced 1 1/2" apart for the Pen opening
- Single needle edge stitch on front yoke, side welt openings, badge tab, and epaulets
- Stitched eyelets in the front and back of the bottom of each sleeve for ventilation.
- Individually packaged in a poly bag like a dress shirt with plastic clips, cardboard collar band, and a molded plastic butterfly at center front.Top corners of pocket flaps
- Top corners of chest pocket
- Top and bottoms opening of side welt openings
- 3/4" up from side seam on the Bi-swing gusset
- 1 1/2" long pen guide on each pocket hidden under the flap
- Top of sleeve placketsButtons – 4 hole Melamine buttons that won't melt, burn, or crack.
- 20 Ligne Buttons:
- 1 at center front neck band
- 6 buttons appear on front placket: 3 fully function through button holes, the other 3 are applied directly to the top placket on top of the button holes, underneath is a zipper closure system that eliminates gapping between the buttons.
- Zipper –separating YKK zipper that features and auto locking slider at CF
- 1 functional button for each epaulet
- 3 buttons on each cuff

Short = 5'3 - 5'7 1/2", Regular = 5'8 - 6' 1/2", Tall = 6'1 - 6'3", Tall sizes have 2" added to body and sleeve length. *Arm length refers to your actual arm length, not the garment's sleeve length.
Sizing Instructions: Using measuring tape, measure your body (not over clothing). If you fall between sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. For sleeve length, measure from the center of the top of your back to your wrist.
Men: Utilize your chest, arm length and neck measurements to determine the proper size for tops, outerwear or jumpsuits; utilize your waist measurement (where you wear your pants) for bottoms.
