For years Blackhawk's popular SERPA holsters have set an industry standard in sidearm security, reliability and carrying convenience. Now, Blackhawk presents the SERPA Level 2 Light Bearing Holster for use with the rail-mounted Xiphos NT Light. This holster securely holds specific firearm models fitted with the tactical light and produces an audible click upon re-holstering that ensures safe carry. There is a passive retention detent adjustment screw that operates with the Auto Lock release, which allows for rapid weapon access and a full, secure grip upon the draw. The belt loop and paddle platform makes this holster perfect for any tactical or duty belt. It's compatible with the SERPA Quick Disconnect System Kit which allows for quick and easy customization with several holster mounts.

  I run a TLR1 HL on my G22. My light was too big for the holster. I returned it.

  Ordered the black hawk light that's supposed to fit with this holster. Holster is so tight, it's impossible to draw the weapon. Tried to adjust the screw and it didn't help at all.

  This product was designed to be used with only one particular light. No other light fits, something that was not mentioned anywhere. The light is only made by Blackhawk ( XIPHOS ) and costs $150-200. Now I either purchase the light, return the holster or use it as a paperweight as I now do.

  Does what it is supposed to do. Does fit the Sig Extreme/Scorpion w/rail just a lil snug compared to a other 1911's. but figured that going into it.

  I bought the holster for my Colt Mark IV Series 80 Government Model 45 cal. IF my gun fit, it would be perfect but the holster is too big for my gun, it rattles inside when I walk and I can slightly twist my gun to the right or left and it comes out without hitting the release button. Maybe they sent me the wrong one but I am a believer in this particular holster.

  I own another Serpa holster. These hold the firearm securely. Since I added the Blackhawk Xiphos light to my pistol this was the best choice for a holster. It works well, and I like that it can be changed from a belt mount to paddle, and I can change the cant to suit me.

  I got this for off duty and I can use this thing on duty! It does NOT conceal easy but it would switch with the dual retention holster from Blackhawk with no problems. It's a good holster and just remember "muscle memory" when you get this.

  Alright first off alot of people wonder if you can use this Serpa w/o a light, and the answer is you can, the pistol will wobble 1-2mm but it works just fine. It is a very sturdy platform and for this price is fantastic. The only things that bother me about it are, the button can be depressed very easily, so if you are law enforcement a level 3 is the way to go, also the only light that will fit with this Serpa is the Xiphos made by Blackhawk. Overall very nice holster, not something I would use necessarily for law enforcement or concealed carry(because its big, and the pistol rattles), but maybe open carry and possibly a military use.
