Can you get two lines?

We can only embroider one line per name tape.

I was just wondering if it is possible for the name tape be in another language (e.g. have a word written out in Cyrillic script)?

At this time, the Name Tapes only use letters from the English alphabet.

When it says "hook Velcro field" does that mean the Velcro is already on there?

The hook Velcro field is already attached and can accommodate other items with a loop Velcro field.
