What are the dimensions of the Velcro, front and back?

The MOLLE panel portion is 9” x 9 ½”. The Velcro expands above the Molle panel and forms a trapezoid shape which is 2 ½” x 7” tapering to 9”. On the back, the Velcro is 6” x 9 ½".

Will this carrier hold 8" x 10" plates securely?

We would not recommend 8" x 10" plates for this carrier as they would not fit very securely.

Is there MOLLE on both sides of the plate carrier? Is the removable section on the front or back? Finally, will this plate carrier fit me, a 5’ 2” 110 lbs female?

MOLLE is present on only one side of the plate carrier: the front side. The front section is the removable section. This plate carrier is a adjustable in the shoulders and on the sides and should be able to fit the height and weight parameters you described.
