Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack

The Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack was created for those seeking a larger version of the best-selling Maxpedition Fatboy but with a concealed carry system. The Jumbo borrows the Fatboy's popular shoulder-sling concept, but contains a main compartment over 38 percent larger than the Fatboy. It also includes two sleeve pockets, three zippered accessory pockets and a drawstring pocket fitted for a water bottle or radio. You can add other Maxpedition accessories to the Jumbo using 3-inch TacTie. The large Velcro patches at the rear slip compartment let you integrate hook-and-loop modular accessories, which allows you to position your concealed carry firearm to be drawn from either side. Internal and external keypers keep your keys or equipment secure and at the ready.

Great quality, and perfect size for a quick bugout bag for an extra weapon, ammo and some additional tactical equipment.

This is a great bag, it's gone with me on multiple deployments into disaster zones. My only complaint is that the main compartment doesn't have a "draw-cord" rain fly to keep stuff in, and small "stuff" can and will fall out if you don't keep everything in a "bag" that can't fall out through the side gaps

I have always wanted to buy a Maxpedition pack, but they are inherently expensive. I was looking around on-line for different packs, watching YouTube and decided I liked the looks of the Versipack. When I Googled it, I found it on clearance at the Tactical Gear website (the black color was the only one available) At that price, I decided to give it a try. My pack arrived about a week later. When I opened the box, I was instantly happy! The pack is good looking with a lot of features. It has a CCW pouch near the back of the pack. There is loop lining to attach a universal pistol holster. I have my Glock 27 with two additional magazines inside. There is a water bottle holder that can hold a 32oz nalgene bottle, multiple pockets, hook and loop on the top and front of the pack for morale patches. There is also a small pouch opposite of the water bottle pouch to store smaller items. I have a Surefire 6p and a RATS tourniquet in there for now. The main compartment is large enough for my M&P 5" fixed blade knife with polymer sheath, a small IFAK, and a small 3x3 medication box with Tylenol, Alieve etc..There are many more features of this bag. The only negative I have about the bag are the zipper pulls. Maxpedition removed the paracord string and used the shell as the zipper pull. I didn't like this at all and installed my own paracord zipper pulls. They feel and look much better than the original pulls. Overall I am extremely happy with this pack. I will probably be buying more Maxpedition packs in the future.

I thought It might be different than the 5.11 PushPack that I already own . I might as well keep using 5.11.

Nice and light. Just the right size with all the pockets and compartments one will need. Only negative comment is the straps are a bit sharp on the edges and the carry handle is thin. I would like to see a better handle. Otherwise a winner. It is my edc bag for daily essentials and my off body concealed carry for my glock 43.

For being described as a large bag this is not the case. When it was delivered my wife thought her mom sent her a purse.
