Made to military specifications from a 57% nylon / 43% cotton fabric blend, the improved hot weather combat uniform (IHWCU) coat is softer, lighter and more breathable than the original uniform coat. Engineered to dry quickly and perform better in the heat, this summer uniform coat offers top-level comfort in arid environments. It features loop fields for name, branch and rank tapes as well as nylon-reinforced elbows for added durability. This coat is built to meet strict regulations and is approved for official uniform wear.
