The long awaited JUMBO Versipack fulfills the multitude of requests for (1) a larger Fatboy with more bells and whistles, and (2) an effective concealed carry system utilizing the Fatboy shoulder sling concept.
Point (1) The JUMBO's main compartment is over 38% larger than the Fatboy. In addition, it has three zippered accessory pockets, two sleeve pockets, and one drawstring pocket fitted for a 32oz/1L Nalgene water bottle or a radio. The Jumbo has three places for modular expansion with other Maxpedition accessories using 3" TacTie. External keyper on shoulder strap for gloves and internal silent keyper for keys. Point (2) The JUMBO's rear slip compartment is now equipped with large loop Velcro patches to accommodate our Hook & Loop Modular Accessories. This allows the user to position their concealed carry firearm for a quick strong side draw or weak side cross draw. Product Features: Main: 8" long x 3" wide x 9" deep with front and back sub dividers Rear / CCW compartment: 9" x 8.5" with two rows of 2" x 6" loop field Frontal: 6.5" long x 1.5" wide x 7" deep with mesh divider and internal keyper Side A: 6" x 3.5" x 2" with divider and double zippers to accommodate antenna Side B: 7.5" high x 3" diameter with cinch (can be compacted for low profile carry); fits 32oz/1L water bottle Top of lid pocket: 6.5" x 3" x 1" Shoulder: Integral 2" strap (min 33" strap alone / max 56" strap alone; min 45.5" loop / max 69" loop) with 2" non-slip shoulder pad Empty Weight: 1.8 lbs Water bottle not included Product Materials: 1050-Denier water and abrasion resistant light-weight ballistic nylon fabric Du Pont Teflon fabric protector for grime resistance and easy maintenance YKK high strength zippers and zipper tracks UTX-Duraflex nylon buckles for low sound closures Triple polyurethane coated for water resistance High tensile strength nylon webbing High tensile strength composite nylon thread (stronger than ordinary industry standard nylon thread) AS-100 high grade closed-cell foam padding material for superior shock protection Internal seams taped and finished Paracord zipper pulls (Why use zippers with paracord pulls? Daypack/Get home bag
Reviewer: jimerrn | huntington, wv
I've had my Versi for 3 years now and it has only gotten better with time as it softens up with use. I have used it for wildlife photography as well as an excellent overnight bag. Holds everything I feel I can use for 24 hours. Currently has my EDC, MRE, poncho, water etc.
I NEVER leave home without it, so shouldn't you.

This is a great bag for going on hikes or in the field. Lots of compartments to store almost anything you want (including a nice lunch, if you like). Water container holds my 32oz bottle very well, and has a tie down to hold it in place. Space for tools, a knife, even a handgun if I wanted to carry it. So far I've carried my dog's electronic collar control in it and am able to keep it very handy. I'm very happy with this product.

BAG MATERIAL IS TOUGH, DURABLE, WATER PROOF, AND PLENTY OF ROOM.
COLOR WAS EXACTLY WHAT i HAD ENVISIONED. SNAP ON IN FRONT OR SIDE WORKS GREAT AND DOES NOT UNBUCKLE EASILY.
High Quality Gear
Reviewer: Joe | Texas
Maxpedition makes high quality gear that, although useful to military types, is not specifically designed for them.
This bag, for example, has pouches that work perfectly for a water bottle, eye glasses/goggles, digital camera and a holster. The main compartment is an expandable water-proof bag. The straps are generous in size and the bag is padded where it touches your side/leg.
Perfect for a day at the park with the kids or at the range with friends and family. Makes an excellent GO bag for the trunk or home. The ultimate man purse.
Great for EDC

Heavy daily use for more then one year now. Still holding up strong after one year of daily abuse as my EveryDay bag. It has sufficient pockets for all tools I need, plenty of space left for phone and random other stuff I might have to take with me on the job.
It is just : I carry the bag backward. To me it didn't make sense letting your keys dangle on you back in the city. Also I have a 16oz bottle I carry everyday with me in the pocket. Since I use that a lot I prefer to have that on the front side. So officially it is a left side carry which I carry without any problems on the right side. Great Product.
This pack is awesome!!
Reviewer: James | OK
I just wanted to let readers know that this bag is awesome! I carry it every day and it holds my survival items, some food, and my diabetes supplies, as well as my Stainless steel 32oz bottle.
Life can be hard on gear, especially on those everyday packs and bags. Understanding how taxing the daily grind can be on kit bags, Maxpedition utilizes only the highest performing materials. Its story begins in a small workshop in 1988, where experts were dedicated to creating hard-use, military-specification nylon gear. It wasn't long before this commitment to producing durable bags was well-known throughout the world. Despite Maxpedition's international and domestic success, it continues to develop even more user-friendly designs and only uses quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship. Adhering to its philosophy of constant self-improvement, Maxpedition gear can withstand the rigors of the outdoors, the office, the gym or even that next mission in the field.
