I haven't used it often. When I do I place around 5 pouches on it. That fills out all the space.

Seems to run big

I wear 38-40 waist pants, preferably 40s. I ordered the large belt (38-40) but could not snug it up enough to stay in place. Med. worked great. The belt is solid and holds all of my attachments firmly, drop leg holster, ammo pouches, Ifak, dump pouch, knife, etc. Works well with all my different armor and chest rigs. Highly recommend as the quality is the same as the higher priced "tacticool" named companies at a better price.

Condor makes great gear!

Good stiff molle outer, comfortable inner liner. It has a solid plastic quick release buckle that is easily replaceable if you want to go with a Cobra buckle later. Easy to adjust and stays in place after adjustments.

Great duty belt

This belt has padding and doesn't make you look like an ortho patient. I have a 34" waist and the med/large fits correctly with all of the batman equipment...holster, mags, cuffs, OC, flashlight, etc...
