Why hasn't my order shipped?
Due to high volume and our adherence to a strict warehouse safety protocol, most orders are shipping in 1 to 2 business days. We usually ship faster, but the safety of our employees and customers is paramount.
I need to return something.
You can create an RMA and get a return shipping label here
My shipment was incomplete.
Two things to check for:
Did your order receipt email mention that your order would be coming in multiple shipments? Another package may already be on the way.
Did you receive a backorder notification email from us? Some of your items may not yet have shipped.
