The Danner 8” Tachyon is designed with some of the lightest weight synthetic materials for superior weight savings with the added benefit of ultra fast dry time. These black tactical boots feature speed lacing and a 3-layer comfort system that work together to create a snug, comfortable fit. Most boots in this weight category typically have a composite rubber outsole, but the Tachyon has a true 100% rubber outsole for superior abrasion resistance and traction. On top of that, these Danner boots have a polyurethane footbed for shock absorption with an additional layer of open cell construction to maximize airflow.
