It does work in hot weather
They really work in hot weather, I was skeptical because of the materials, but it does promote airflow and is super thin and light. I am a huge Scorpion Camo fan, and so I really like the pant.

Some like it Hot...
Overall fit of the shirt was good, just a tad on large side. I'd only size down if you are between sizes. Wore shirt on a 15K ruck in very hot and humid weather. The comfort was as advertised, much better than a standard top. Almost felt like I was wearing just a t-shirt. However, there is no 'free lunch' so to speak. The thin fabric and loose weave of the shirt that allows it to breathe and dry so well also results in a moderate amount of piling and color rub where a ruck or gear makes contact with fabric. In summary; comfort is excellent, fit is good, but durability is questionable.

Uniforms with specialized polyester, cotton and nylon blends offer fire and water resistance for protection in the field. We even offer a lineup of light, breathable options from the improved hot weather combat uniform (IHWCU) to keep cool in sweltering operating environments.
