The Snugpak Enhanced Patrol Poncho is a simple over the head, waterproof, smock style piece of useful kit that everyone should have. Designed to be worn over the user as well as the users backpack, if one is being utilized, to help keep you and your gear dry in a down pour. Its generously cut design can allow one to use as an emergency Bivvi if needed. Snugpak has gone above the old standard design of what most people think about when thinking of a poncho, they have included an adjustable hood and thumb loops in their design. Located on the chest is a hook and loop map pocket with storm flap. Made out of Snugpak's exclusive Paratex Dry material and with fully taped seams which allows the shell to be 100% waterproof.

I bought both black and coyote, I am 6' 250, fit good no problems seems it will do what it says, I haven't used it yet but, have for when it's time. Nice put it in your ruck 👍

Snugpak enhanced patrol poncho

I'm 5'10" with average length arm 160 lbs. And i like this design but the sleeves are too short. The thumbholes can't work for me. I would have prefered sleeves that come past my wrists. And the poncho is above my knees if it is on over my 40l pack. Other than that it's good gear. Hopefully you are smaller than me if you want one. If i was 5'4" it would be the bomb!

The sleeves and thumb holes are nice touches. Did a great job of keeping me dry during a storm, I'll be using this product a ton! Does what it's supposed to do.

Giving it 4/5 because I think the sleeves could be longer. But other than that it impressed me. I'll still wear / use this, it's good quality and the hood is a good size too.

No better way to keep you & your belongings dry. This one is made very well, easy to put on and remove and it's even waterproof. My only complaint is I need a way to keep it wrapped tightly around me during extreme wind. But other than that, it's a winner.
