We offer a multitude of different payment options for our strategic accounts customers. Whether you need the convenience of a card or the flexibility of open account billing, we can arrange a solution that works for your department. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, iRAPT (WAWF), wire transfers, Paypal & Apple Pay. If using the government Smart Pay program, simply enter that card as you would a normal credit card during checkout. We also accept purchase orders and issue lines of credit to qualified applicants. Please note, credit card or Paypal payments will incur a 3% processing fee.

Interest-free Payment Terms
We’re able to extend open account billing (Net 30 payment terms) for most customers. Fill out our credit application and once approved, we will invoice you with payment due in 30 days, interest free. Government accounts receive instant approval for this service upon application.

If you wish to apply for a line of credit, you may download our credit application and email it to adminteam@cat5.com. We will process the application within 2 business days. One of our Strategic Accounts Specialists will notify you via email once approved.

Tax Exempt Purchases
If you are a tax exempt customer, we won’t collect sales tax on your purchase. With our streamlined compliance process, you'll only need to provide documentation once. All future purchases on your account will be automatically tax free.

Record Keeping
If your organization is required to report expenditures to the IRS or local tax authorities you will need our tax identification number for your records. You can access a copy of our Form W-9 which includes the relevant tax information here.
