The ProTac HL-X is a 1,000 lumen tactical light that is a rechargeable system. It comes with Streamlight's new SL-B26 (18650) USB battery with integrated USB charging port. Multi-battery versatility means the user can always use primary disposable cells to power the light if the rechargeable cell is out of power and a charging source is not available. It features a tactical tail cap switch for momentary or constant on operation, three different user selectable programs and a pocket clip for convenience.

  • Medium for bright light and longer run time: 400 lumens; 10,000 candela; 200m beam; runs 3 hours (CR123A); runs 3.5 hours (SL-B26 (18650) USB)
  • Low for extended run time: 65 lumens; 1,600 candela; 80m beam; runs 20 hours (CR123A); runs 23 hours (SL-B26 (18650) USB)

Beat product I’ve ever bought

I needed a new smaller brighter flashlight I use stream light so when I saw this one had 1,000 lumen I was Excited when I received it I was so ready to use at night it was super bright and light up dark areas like it was daylight out best purchase I’ve ever made.

Low Price/Performance

It works like virtually all other LED flashlights with high lumens. In some situations it is too bright. The "low" position does not reduce enough. Excellent for outdoors at night, not conducive to work in confined areas. The manufacturing quality is 4 on a scale of 5. The distinguishing factor is having a rechargeable battery. Is that worth the price differential? Perhaps. It is dependent upon the number of cycles you get from the battery. You'll breakeven after about 6 cycles compared to the competition.

This is a really good light. A little expensive or over priced for what you get. But im still glad i got the light. It it had magnet it would be perfect...
