Great case at a great value - Blackhawk is a respected name in cases and this case did not disappoint. Great features at a very reasonable price based upon alternatives offering same features.
Good deal for the money and fits right

I bought this case for a USSG (Baikal) MP161K rifle that is 39" inches long. This case's inside dimension length wise is perfect for the rifle. Height wise there is more than enough space for a scope with plenty of room left over to store additional items on the inside.
There is a large, flat external pocket that is good for storing paperwork like the manual as well as magazine pouches which turn out to be a great size for holding the plastic cases CCI ships 22lr Mini-Mags in.
Overall this is a solid, well constructed bag. The main zipper however could be improved. First off I would prefer that the bag, like many others on the market, have dual as opposed to a single zipper which would give you more options on how you close the main compartment. Additionally the zipper could use a larger pull to make it easier to handle.
I am giving the bag a rating of 4 stars because after looking around for an inexpensive, sturdy and functional bag for my rifle this is the best one I could find. If the zipper were improved it would definitely warrant a full 5 star

I bought this case for my Bushmaster M4. The case my rifle came with when I bought it was long, bulky, and just plainly an eyesore for me. I also couldn't fit my rifle in the case with a sight on it. So I bought this one on a gamble. I figured it would be low quality because of the price. Boy, was I wrong! It's great! Fits great with the sight and anything extra I want to add in the case. There is plenty of room inside the case for when I put more upgrades on my rifle. The exterior pockets fit a 30 round mag perfectly, as well as the separate exterior pocket could fit a normal size pistol as well as any extra rounds. I cannot comment on the durability of the case yet because I haven't event taken it out of the house or to the range.
One of the things that the description of the product doesn't tell you, is that it comes with a sling that attaches to the ends of the case so you don't always have to carry it by the two handles at the side of the case. That was one of the main things I was looking for when I was searching for a soft side case for my rifle.
My only beef with the case is that it is a little longer than what I really wanted. But that is mostly my fault, as I did not measure. I wanted a case that was more compact than the manufacturer's case. I wanted it to be able to be stored and transported with the stock collapsed. This case is quite a bit longer than that. I have to store it with the stock of the rifle completely open and elongated and there is still extra room. So when the case is being carried by the sling, the top end of the case is sort of flopped over. Consider me picky, but this kind of bothers me. It doesn't affect the case or integrity of the case whatsoever. It may in the future with more uses. But highly doubtful.

I have had the case for a little while now. It gets a lot of use. It gets tossed around, stuffed in the gun safe at work, thrown in back of my son's Bronco or in the trunk of the car it is still in like new condition. It fits my AK perfectly. The only complaint I have is that the main zipper can be tricky if you unzip the bag too far but over all, I am very pleased. I am a big fan of Blackhawk products and this case is no exception. It is well made and has plenty of room for extra mags and a few tools in case my rifle needs a bit of adjusting at the range. It has a sling that attaches and you can carry the case slung over your back which is a great convenience unless you are 4'10 like me. I highly recommended this case.
