The P2X Fury Defender is a single-output version of our dual-output, pocket-sized Fury searchlight, and it also features a crenellated Strike Bezel® that can be used as a last line of defense in an emergency. Its precision micro-textured reflector shapes the light from its high-performance LED into a smooth, far-reaching 500-lumen beam with a bright central area that can temporarily blind an aggressor. Activation is quick and intuitive—a necessity in a self-defense flashlight. Just cover the pushbutton tailcap switch with your thumb and press for momentary-on activation; press further to click it into constant on mode. The Fury Defender’s high-strength aerospace aluminum body is smoothly sculpted for a comfortable, secure grip in all kinds of weather, and, it’s hard anodized to military specifications for extreme use under extreme, high-stress situations.
* Runtime (at highest setting for multiple-output flashlights) until output drops below 50 lumens
Solidly built. LOTS of light. Right amount of spot and flood light. Lightweight. Love the On-Off push button in back, for temporary or permanent light.
Great light. Extremely bright which is why I purchased it. However, for the price I feel it should have a couple of different light modes. This one has a momentary light option and a full on option thats it. Otherwise the light is great.
best light I've ever owned
You gave me the best deal on the internet! The price was right and the delivery was free!!! I heard about this light from an interview by a Navy Seal and everything he said was true. This light is an excellent defense weapon with it's bright 500 lumen output, not to mention it's a great tool as well. Thank you very much!
Surefire always supersedes my expectations
Amazing light, just like all the other sure fire products I own. Always recommend them to everyone I talk to. Amazingly bright, light weight, and can feel the quality. Cannot go wrong with a surefire product!
Wow! 500 lumens
This little baby really lights it up! The quality and function appear to be very good for this price point. Doesn't have the strobe function, but you can always use your thumb to manually press the end cap button to create a strobe affect. Note: Surefire strongly recommends their batteries for use with their flashlights. Not a deal breaker.
