It is made of Performance plus grid fleece to trap heat and wick away moisture while you are in motion, so flexibility is a given. The Tactical Response Uniform sleeves also are lined with grid fleece for added warmth and have zippered pockets for storage. Hook and loop cuffs make the wrists adjustable and the elbows are reinforced for durability and maneuverability.
