Runs large

I am normally a LG shirt size and according to 5.11 size chart that would fit. However, the LG shirt fits like an XL. I have both the short sleeve version and the long sleeve version. Hoping this helps future buyers. The feel and construction of the shirt is great and if I can find the fit I want I will still highly recommend.

I wear the 5.11 as my everyday work shirts. They are very comfortable and look great. The two internal pockets are great for stowing ID and cash. The back ventilation is good for those hot days working outdoors.

This thing IS HUGE

Usually buy size L, but but with this product I’m size M. The M fits perfectly, and I expect to be happy with the shirt. The return of the L shirt, credit for same, and replacement with correct size was very easy, quick, and hassle-free.

5.11 Quality, like no other, functional and form

I'm 6'0" 195, 44" chest, I bought the large and it is perfect. The sleeves hit the elbow just right and the fit is great. The charcoal color is almost black. The hidden document pockets are fantastic and can even conceal a carry piece. I like that the shirt fits long and will not come untucked during strenuous activity. The ventilation is very effective and there are numerous pen pockets. I own other 5.11 gear and they never fade or lose color after many washes. Super high quality and nothing overlooked.
