They fit really well almost like they were made for me! Washed them and they didn't shrink at all! Really like the cellphone pocket very convenient! I will order more when the time comes!

Inseam to long

Please bring back the shorter inseam!! My working man has worn these shorts for years at work, but can't anymore due to the shorter inseam being discontinued. Loved the quality and durability

These are not the original B147'S.. which I have worn for years... I will pass after reading the reviews... Come on guys, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.. 3 colors? Come on...Do better again.

Not sized correctly

I'm glad to see I am not alone in this criticism. They are not sized correctly. In comparison to other manufacturers (Lee, Wrangler and Ariat in particular) Carhartt pants and shorts are at least one size smaller. Need to order one size larger than what you normally wear. Carhartt needs to step up their game on this category. I've got two pair collecting dust, to late to send back.

Carhartt work shorts

Carhartt work shorts are but a shell of the original. They keep raising prices and the foreign-made lack of quality is terrible. You can't call these work shorts, probably wouldn't even hold up for a golfer. Just like with Levis, all that's left is the label.

Not as good as old style.

The old work shorts were so much better. The material was heavier, more of a canvas, these are lighter weight and I doubt if they'll wear as well. The old ones also had a double pocket on the right thigh that was just the right size to hold my cell phone, these new ones have a single somewhat larger pocket that my phone easily slips out of.

incorrect size

No way are these size 40. More like 36 which renders them unusable, Super disappointing since I have ordered in the past and sizes have been correct
