These are awesome. Very comfortable. Along with any new shoe, I'd break them in first, but they fit excellent, true to size. I'd definitely buy again.

Comfortable boots that look great,

Comfortable boots that look great, however, the tread started falling apart in large chunks after my first hike in them. It was a short, 3-mile hike on sandy gravel and sandstone. I am in the process of submitting for warranty and Danner has been very helpful and responsive. A little disappointed that these might not be truly meant for hiking though. I have wide feet and feel the width is just right. I had to size a full size down from 10. 5 to 9. 5 to get the length right.

9D fits snug at first and loosens after a few miles. Skyridge will do nicely for outdoor activities and hikes on most terrain.
