I use this as a simple pouch for a 1911. When trailer camping and going for a walk, I just throw it on not even cinching it down. It is a fast and easy way for me to carry protection without hassle.

P226 perfect fit; quality, 1-strap "Tanker"

Good value and quality -- pleased with this "tanker" cross-chest holster for SIG P226. One-strap and a Velcro bottom loop for belt provide a comfortable slung-under arm carry for the field; not a dress-up urban concealed rig.

My choice for carrying larger handguns. Much more comfortable in active hiking, snowshoeing situations than something on your hip pulling your pants down.

Been looking for this holster

I carried a similar holster for years both on and off duty but lost it in a burglary. It's handy for whatever you decide to carry at the moment. While the Velcro straps aren't very quiet, they don't break and accommodate a wide range of guns. The shoulder strap on this holster is long enough to accommodate Andre the Giant and has an unnecessary plastic buckle that I'm tempted to remove. In any case I'm happy to have a favorite holster back.
