The soft long-rifle drag bag/rifle case is impeccably made and well designed. The only negative for me are in addition to the heavy-duty zippers there are numerous snaps you can use to secure a small “flap” over the zipper. They do a great job of “snapping”, are secure and a real pain to unsnap/snap for what appears little benefit. I assume they are part of the design as a secondary means of securing your weapon. The other thought I had is that the “back-pack” straps are useful but since this case is very pliable (the is no real rigidity to the case) your gun with scope become the “frame” or stays for the back-pack. I am not comfortable cinching down the case straps across my shoulders making in effect the free-floating barrel and my expensive optic, et. al. a stressed member of the design. There are several useful pockets and a “drag” handle. All in all a thoughtful design well execute . . . but for me not the right tool for the right job. The one large difference in my purchase experience though is the exemplary customer service I’ve received. They are prompt in reply, and desire to see to it that the customer is fully satisfied. I recommend the product (considering the comments above) and the customer service (as a repeat customer). I gave 3 and 1/2 stars not for product or sales experience, I just bought the wrong product.
