I have one and the blade is wobbly and the screws are not the right size for it and keeps breaking

It's my favorite pocket knife! It's simple, affordable, reliable, lightweight, easy to sharpen, easy to clean, and personally I think it looks pretty neat too

I received as a gift, nice little daily pocket knife. only negative is the clip screws must have been loose because it was lost and knife slipped into pocket so didn't notice. wish I could order clip and 2 screws but can't ind online.

Quality Control Issue?

Despite the fact the knife is advertised as a frame lock knife, mine operates as a slip joint knife because the lock can't bend in far enough to lock it.

Suprised by Gerber's less than perfect design

Wife got the Paraframe Mini (5 1/4 in) to carry in her purse. First time she used it, she could not close the blade. Turns out the frame locking bar was so stiff it tooks a coin/screwdriver/etc to wedge the locking bar open so the blade counld be closed. Bad design! As a result I leave it open on my desk as a letter opener.

first knife

this was my first boy scout knife probably 15 years ago and i still use it today. the locking system is very strong making it impossible to accidentially open, making it ideal for kids getting used to working with a knife. I recommend this knife to parents who wish to get their kids an inexpensive and solid knife.
