Feels well made

I recently went on a work trip with two other coworkers, and all three of us purchased the same bag. When we arrived at our destination, the right wheel gear on all three bags came loose, causing them to drag on one side. While the bags feel and look well-made overall, this seems like a design or quality issue that should be looked into.

Broken on first trip, very disappointed

One of the wheels is bending up when I try to roll the bag. The bag drags one corner.I bought this bag for a training class I went away for. I can't believe this broke on the first use. I will be calling you to take you up on your lifetime warranty. We will see how this plays out. I'm pretty disappointed, I'm not seeing the 250$ value.
