The Oakley SI Light Assault 2 has the utilitarian features of a military boot, meeting the comfort and maneuverability of a training sneaker. The upper is made from flesh-out bovine leather and durable 1,000-denier Cordura that feels comfortable and broken-in right out of the box. An EVA midsole offers superior arch support, maintaining a comfortable stride and putting no extra pressure on your midfoot. Divots in the outsole make even the most treacherous work surfaces easy to tread. There is a molded EVA insole as well that offers continuous cushioning to keep you fresh on your feet. With a metal speed-loop lacing system and Lace Lock technology, this boot stays secure and snug to keep you focused on the mission, not your boots.

Excellent boot

Theyre awesome, if I wasnt wearing them for the military Id wear them as a daily work boot. Theyre very comfortable and flexible with no stress or strain on the ankle/lower leg.

They are great! They are light, comfortable, and easy to put on and take off. I did order a size up but you dont have to. I have done a few rucks with them and they were very comfortable to wear in my opinion. I do recommend these as a pair to consider.

The shoes wasn’t new as described but rather fairly used. I’m somewhat disappointed I couldn’t return because I had to leave few days after receiving it

These are capable of handling anything I throw at them. They don't do well in deep snow; once they get wet, they're cold. They have great traction though in light snow. The wide toe box and tread are perfect for moving across unimproved surfaces / terrain. I've used them in garrison, during a norwegian foot march, hiking, climbing, in sand, on gravel roads. These boots handle every terrain.
