Men's Original SWAT Tactical 9" Composite Toe Waterproof Boots

The Original SWAT Tactical 9" CT WP boots are ideal for military or law enforcement professionals who require secure, reliable footwear that keeps them safe in the most dangerous conditions. The slip-resistant rubber outsole provides maximum stability and traction, and the waterproof membrane keeps out moisture. Besides exceeding the ATSM F489-96 test for slip resistance, these boots also offer blood-borne pathogen resistance for dealing with hazardous materials. They include an airport-friendly nylon shank and a Texon Lasting board for comfort and lightweight arch support. The molded counters secure ankles to prevent ankle roll when running or performing strenuous actions and ensure that the boots keep their shape. The ultra-protective composite safety toe is ASTM F2413-05 M/I/75/C/75 rated.

A comfortable and supportive boot for working busy 12 hours shifts.

This boot was comfortable right out of the box. They polish up very nicely and it only took a few shifts to break them in. I wear a 7.5 in women's, and ordered a size 6 in men's. There was plenty of room in the toe box and the width feels snug, but not too tight. The boots are a little difficult to pull off when laced, but unzipped, however, I think that will resolve after a few more months of wear. An all around great boot for working a busy 12 hour shift on the ambulance.
